Defendant, Docket No. 2267 CR 0001, after trial, my client was found NOT GUILTY of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol (OUI), Third Offense*. Prior to the Jury returning with a NOT GUILTY verdict, my client was facing a mandatory minimum 6 months in jail (up to 2.5 years).
